Just want to say that the service is 100% professional and
like those who have already provided feedback, i also was put at ease. Jen knows
what she is doing. You only need to read the number of
certificates/qualifications Jen has in the Wax Room Wall to know she is one of
the best treatment providers out there. HM
I was quite nervous being a first timer at waxing but it
wasn't as painful as i expected and the results are amazing. No rashes as i had
with shaving. My wife loves the results too!!! I have booked again in 5 weeks. I
would assure any man thinking of having waxing you won't be disappointed.

As several of my friends have had professional waxing done before, I decided to give it a go. Jen was great, talking through my options before hand and letting me know what was going on the whole way through.
Jen recognised that chatting helped me deal with my
nervousness and pain, and made it easy to hold a conversation! She also made it
clear we could stop the process at any time, and gave me great confidence in her
abilities. I'm very pleased with the service I received, and will definitely be
booking again next month!

Can only echo the views of others on this page.
I was a first timer, and the whole experience of intimate male waxing was
actually quite pleasant, and not the scary experience I was expecting. I
experienced no pain before or afterwards, and the whole appointment was
professionally handled and sensitively done.
I will return !

Visited the Hot Wax Room for the first time today and I was apprehensive about what to expect especially as this was my first experience of being waxed!! I am pleased to say that the experience was very professional with Jen putting me totally at ease and relaxed, with her explaining each element of the process and constantly checking that I was ok. For any man wanting to get his body waxed, including intimacy waxing then I would definitely recommend the Hot Wax Room.

What a wonderful lady Jen is. It was my first time and I
needn't have been worried. I found myself in very capable hands. This is
definitely the place to go especially if you are new to waxing. I had my first
Brazilian and wished I had done it years ago. The premises are very discreet,
warm and friendly. Jen is superb at her job and puts one at ease. I will
definitely return.

Had my first waxing here and have to say what a fantastic service this is. I was nervous but Jen is a total professional and completely put me at ease.
I can highly recommend Jen and ill be going back.
If you are feeling a bit nervous then this is definitely the place to go to for your first wax.

My first ever waxing and Jen was exemplary. She put me totally at ease and let me know what was going on throughout - no need for any nervousness here. I had an "all off" as a surprise for my wife and not only was she a fan of the effect, she said the waxing was a very good job. I'll be having a top up before our hols and needless to say, it'll be with Jen.
It speaks volumes that I'm happy to travel a significant distance to get a good job from Jen - I've heard nothing but good things about her on the various waxing forums I checked out (unlike my local salon.)

I have been visiting Jen at her waxing studio now for the last 9 months. I started off very nervously having my back waxed and soon moved onto chest and abs and now I have the 'full monty' done each month. Jen is always very friendly and welcoming, yet I feel very secure in the fact that she is so experienced and professional. My wife also now joins me in having waxing done and we both agree that its so worth the initial discomfort for the 'rewards' we get from both being hair free.
For those who are looking to have any kind of waxing done, you couldn't get a better service than with Jen, When we were asked to leave feedback for others to see, we were more than happy to do so and to let others know that you don't need to be worried about visiting Jen's home studio .. the salon is very relaxing, fully equipped and wall to wall certificates of Jen's training. The studio is very private and secure (Jen locks the door when working). My wife has had waxing done on various body parts for the last 15 years and she said that since visiting Jen has found the wax and skill Jen uses to be the most comfortable of any other waxing she has experienced.

Just wanted to say a big thank-you for making our first visit so comfortable and relaxing.
This was the first time that Neil had had an intimate wax, he was a little anxious but you totally put him at ease - so much so he is thinking of having a full brazilian next time!!!
Jen made us both feel so welcome I even got a cup of tea and chocolate whilst waiting for Neil!
The environment is so much better than that of a salon, as soon as Jen opened the door I felt totally relaxed and comfortable, there was no awkwardness or embarrassment. We have already booked our next appointment!!
If you are considering an intimate wax for the first time - go ahead and book with Jen - you won't regret it! (S & N - 15/4/09)

I have to say that visiting this lady to have an 'intimate' waxing treatment,
I was extremely happy with the very professional service I received. I was
very apprehensive visiting a home studio (I didn't want the family sat in
watching tv as I was having my delicates waxed!)... no danger of that
thankfully. I was immediately put at ease when I was shown into the salon
which turned out to be a very comfortable and private and not at all like I had
imagined. Her treatment couch was so comfortable, even heated for me (she
must have known I was a wimp!) Anyway, thanks Jenette, I don't have any
constructive criticism... just a big thank you for making my first experience
into this area of waxing as comfortable as possible for me. See you next
